We stand behind the workmanship of all of our products and we have a limited lifetime warranty on the workmanship of our products. This does not cover damage or wear from use or neglect.
If any of our products suffer from failure due to workmanship, we will fix or replace the product free of charge. Just ship the product to us at:

Adjustments and Modifications:
For any collar with a tug (Keeper Hidden Prong Collars, Martingales, Vegas Style, etc.) If the collar is not the correct size, we can make the collar larger or smaller by changing the length of the tug. Ship the collar to us and we can shorten, lengthen or replace a tug for a cost of $5 plus $5 shipping cost to return the collar to you.
Please be sure to look at our Sizing Your Collar page and measure carefully for the correct fit and be sure to include a note with your collar explaining exactly what you would like to have done.
Returning for a Refund:
If you order a collar from our Keeper's Favorites collection and it is not satisfactory for any reason, return it to us, undamaged, within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or replacement with a different collar of a similar size and value from the Keeper's Favorites Collection.
Undamaged means that the collar must be in Like New condition, not worn, used, dirty, chewed, slobbered on, water damaged or damaged in any other way.
For custom ordered collars, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects in workmanship which are covered by our limited lifetime warranty (see above). In the case of defects in workmanship, we will repair the collar and return it to you.
We do not offer refunds on custom collars.
Before Returning A Collar for Any Reason:
Please be sure and contact us by phone or email before shipping the collar back so that we know why the collar is being returned. Maybe we can help resolve any issues that you are having with the collar before you take the time to return it so please do call or email us first by filling in the form on the Contact page. If nothing else, we want to know that it's coming so that we'll be looking for the collar to arrive, can expedite the turn-around and have the collar back to you as soon as possible. When ever you are returning a product for any reason, Please be sure to INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IN THE PACKAGE with the product so that we know who sent it and how to get in touch with you!
